I will translate the lyrics into English exactly. I understand it is important that lyrics in English has interesting rhythm, but I focus on the accuracy of lyrics’ meaning between Japanese and English.
So, my translation will include my interpretation. This is because to translation exactly. You may know that Japanese and English have different grammatical structure. This is why I include my interpretation.

Why do I obsession with accurate translation?
This is because the lyrics of Dareka no Sinzou ni Naretanara is highly thought-provoking. So, I cannot manage two things (rhythm and accuracy) in the same time.
I hope you will understand the exact meaning and think about what the author (Yurry Canon) wants to tell.

Dareka no Shinzou ni Naretanara is based on Yurry’s novel “I Want to be Your Heart” (some parts of that is uploaded on YouTube).
This story is closely related to songs that Yurry composed later.
Outline
This is the story between Yuma and Rino. Once Rino was a lonely girl who didn’t have any dream. But after she met Yuma who was singing on a street, she began to admire Yuma. This is the reason why she restarts music and they become friends.
Although Yuma get along with Rino, she chooses death.
“I didn’t know at that time that to find the reason to live is the same thing as finding the reason to die”, Yuma said one day.
Experiencing Yuma’s passing away, what is Rino determined to do? How does Rino feel what Yuma did when she was alive?
“Continue singing. Be alive strongly. You can do it, Rino.”

I think the lyrics contains a lot of metaphor, like “monster”. If I think Rino says “monster”, she doesn’t become it. This may tell that her mental is getting week.
Also, since descriptions are very impressive. This is what Yuma and Rino saw together. I can recall that Yuma was alive and Rino feels her.
Why Rino wants to be someone’s heart? What kind of her memory let her sing this song? What is “heart”?
